Data protection and digital hygiene is vital in today’s digital economy

Why do I need Acuity DataGuard™?

What does Brexit mean for GDPR?

Although the UK has left the EU, GDPR obligations are not going away. The UK has entered a ‘transition period’ and the GDPR will continue to apply in the UK throughout 2020. From the end of the transition period (31 December 2020), the GDPR will be brought into UK law as the ‘UK GDPR’. Data protection obligations are therefore here to stay.

Will DataGuard™ work for me?

We know that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to GDPR compliance.  That’s why our flexible solution covers all bases, depending precisely on what your business needs.   Effective cybersecurity is an iterative and ongoing process, so our menu of options covers all aspects of data protection for continuing support and protection in an ever-changing digital world.

What are the risks of non-compliance?

Non-compliant businesses face severe financial penalties – with fines as high as €20 million or 4% of annual global turnover.  Data breaches can also cause incalculable reputational damage to businesses. With such highly damaging potential consequences, can your business afford not to act?
